    Hi people.
I'm Parallels Desktop user 8 and the software suggested I upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for the amount of 49.99 Dollars.
I made the purchase of the upgrade software license, and when I asked him to install a previous license. It includes my previous one, but he does not accept. I wonder why this is happening and how to fix it.
I read in the forum that I would need at least has the Desktop 9, therefore the software could not suggest an update of which is not compatible and the wrong price. How can I fix this? I need urgent tool.

Hello FilipeK, Customers who are using Parallels Desktop 8 or the earlier versions are not eligible for upgrade pricing for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. If you would like to take advantage of all Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac features, you will need to purchase a full copy of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. As you have already purchased an upgrade copy of Parallels Desktop, we can offer a link which will let you buy the full version of Parallels Desktop 11 for $30.00 only. In this case the upgrade activation key will be deactivated. Please advise if you would like to accept the offer to pay the difference and get a full version key. Otherwise we may process a refund for your Upgrade order and you will purchase a full version license for regular price. Thanks!
