Hey, i've done some research and have seen that it is possible to upgrade the license and upgrade is free of charge but, I don't understand how I upgrade it without having to pay. Every link i've clicked has taken me somewhere I need to pay and I don't understand
Hello @WilliamG24 Let us inform you that there is no free upgrade, however there is a discounted upgrade key which you can use to upgrade to the latest version. Could you please let us know where you got the information that the upgrade is free of charge ? Thanks!
I'm looking through my history trying to find where I said it was free of charge and I found it but I must have read it wrong because it says for parallels desktop 18 get a free of charge upgrade not 17. https://kb.parallels.com/124229
