Anyone know what Parallels is doing about delivering serial numbers for upgrade protection? I bought Parallels Desktop for the Mac from Parallels on Jan 9, 2007 and *thought* I was covered, but have received no serial number or reply from my emails. Does anyone know: 1. What were the containts of upgrade protection (between what dates)? 2. What will be the delivery mechanism? 3. What does the user have to do? 4. When will Parallels deliver the serial number?
