Hi, I am currently on Parallels 10/Windows 7/Mac 10.13.6 and my printer suddenly stopped working for Parallels. I was going to upgrade to 15 to see if that helps the issue. Is that possible or is there a better solution? I had worked with the printer support and they don't see any issue on their side. I also am not sure I can upgrade from 10 to 15. I can't reach anyone a Parallels or create a ticket to get any help
