Upgrade to 17.1.3 broke usb

    Ubuntu 19.04 guest operating system doesn't see my One plus 7 pro phone anymore in USB.

    from which parallels version did you upgrade?

    at least when using with windows-vm this has turned out to be the case:
    USB interface communication issue.

    and the only solution so far seems to be this:

    You mean 'investigate' the issue.
    The issue's already been 'instigated' through an inability to solve it in three successive upgrades.

    Hello, We have released the Parallels Desktop's latest build 17.1.4 so we would suggest you upgrade it to the latest build and check if the issue persists kindly let us know.

    other way around, asish: would you kindly let us know what parallels has done to finally fix this issue?

    we paying customers are tired of being your beta testers - and we are tired of being fobbed off for months (and for 4 releases) with a program that doesn't work properly!

    when will your programmers finally put an end to this?
