I did an upgrade from Desktop 10 to Desktop 11 Pro subscription, but I got only the Desktop 11 Standard subscription with Parallels Access included for one year (for the same price of EUR 49,99 like the Pro subscription). I already placed a support request, but got no response since 4 days (maybe, because the support request was in German). I only noticed, that I got the wrong version, when I saw the button "Upgrade to Pro" during the activation. What can I do to get the upgrade to the Pro subscription (without additional payment, since I already payed for the subscription).
