Upgrade to parallels desktop 10, but lost serial numbers for other programs to share

How to restore the serial numbers for other programs that have been given for the shares, with an upgrade to 10 parallels desktop?
updated tonight, after payment jumped page with serial numbers on the promotional programs, some of them are activated, but some do not (especially interested in camtasia) (browser window is closed)
automatically thought all mail will come, but it's not .. (payment pointed webmaster@geval.ru) account for most gevals@me.com
please restore the serial code and send it, at least for camtasia studio for mac (by e-mail all the above can be easily verified)
