Upgrade to Pro

    Hello,

    I currently have a standard subscription that I've been using for the last few years. I'm interested in upgrading to the Pro version. Is it possible to add the upgrade directly from your website? Once I've made the payment, how do I proceed to upgrade the software? I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be an option to upgrade through the Apple Store.

    Hello NurdiH,

    It is possible to purchase an upgrade key from our website.

    Kindly follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Open your web browser and visit https://www.parallels.com/desktop-upgrade/
    2. Select the "Pro" license and click on the "Upgrade" button.
    3. On the new page, select the number of licenses you wish to purchase.
    4. Fill in your user information (name, email address) and ensure you select your appropriate country.
    5. Fill in your payment information.
    6. Once done, click on Next to validate your payment.
    7. On the new page, review your order and click the "Buy Now" button to complete your purchase.

    Upon receiving your license key after purchase,

    1. Click on Parallels Desktop from the application menu bar on top of the screen; you may click on your Control Center window to see it.
    2. Select Account & License from the drop-down menu.
    3. Click Enter a key.
    4. Enter your Upgrade key and your confirmation key ( your previous license key).
    5. Click on Activate.

    If I renew my existing license now, will the new subscription period start from today, or will it continue from my current expiration date in September 20th?

    Hello,
    By default, when you renew your Parallels Desktop Subscription, it will continue as from the expiry date.
    However, if you find any discrepancy, feel free to contact our Support Team.

    Hello,

    The renewal starts today. It does not continue from the expiration date next month.
    How do I contact the support team ?
