upgrade to version 15

Hello,
since I switched from Windows to Mac again, I also need Parallels again.
I own a license for version 10. I have found nothing in the description of the software, so I am entitled to upgrade.

I'm not sure what you're asking. As I understand it, there are two licensing models: Subscription-based, which means you get updates automatically, or version-based, which means you get updates for the version you have, but upgrade cost you. If you have a permanent version, your license should still apply. If you're subscription-based, and not current, you'll need to re-purchase. Is that what you're after?

 

No, I own version 10 as a buy version.

I would like to purchase version 15 as a buy version.

Is it possible to purchase an upgrade, or do I have to purchase the more expensive full version.

No - you can only "upgrade" from PD 13 and PD 14 to PD 15.

Hey, we have a new upgrade politic now, you can upgrade from any previous version of Parallels Desktop.
In you case, you can purchase Parallels Desktop 15 upgrade and use your 10 version key as a confirmation key.

Just want to confirm that Maria@Parallels is correct--I am a Parallel 12 owner and was just able to upgrade to 15 without issue.
Also want to give credit to their Facebook response team, saved me a lot of time researching.

 

Is it still possible to upgrade from any older version? I would like to upgrade to Parallels 15, but I just have an old License from Parallels 6. Is it possible to buy the actual bundle? I am switching from VMware as well. All the best, Daniel
