Hi we have 3 macs running parallels 10 upgrades from 8, one suddenly came up today asking to signin, but won't accept upgrade key, doesn't put a cross next to it just sits there, can't go forward at all. Tried deleting and reinstalling, nothing, used the deactivate from terminal and still nothing. Can anyone help? View attachment 10097

Hi Maria Tried to register again and still not allowing it, entered line in terminal and got below message, restarted parallels and entered it again, same result. "Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. Please activate the product first." But as I can't activate product catch 22.
@DonM1 please try to activate it manually your Parallels Desktop using this kb (please use the part about Manual activation)
Back again, still no luck, as this software has been working up until last Thursday, it is passed the allowed 13 days for manual activation. I followed the steps in the manual activation but because the offline period has expired there is no Your Id. This is getting ridiculous. Need to be able to completely remove all the software and all related install info to do complete reinstall. How to get rid of the licence data?

Sorry for the delay, please remove the Parallels Desktop using tools from this KB and install it once again please.
Still not working, tried installing from 8 and then upgrading but get "Key cannot be used for additional installations"for version 8, even though this is the correct machine. Can the license be force reset/unregistered, even if other machines have to be re-registered? Really trying to avoid the full day down to wipe and reinstall all software on this machine to clear it. Help?
