Yesterday, after successfully upgrading two Macs to v12 (the last upgrade that will run our Windows Guest's OS), I have a serious problem on the third Mac. This Mac sees the USB printer (on Idle) with no problem in System Information; the Windows Guest appears to see the printer with no problem (port, etc. are all correct). However, I am having to unclick it from offline status every time I restart which wasn't the case previously. However, I cannot print at all to this printer from Win. I reinstalled PTools which didn't help. I've restarted the Mac and Windows (multiple times). I've worked hours to no avail.

Parallels 10 had no issue with the printer or its setup prior to the upgrade. So why does the upgrade v12 refuse to see it? I can't see how reinstalling it to Windows will help when Windows already sees it and even tries to query it with respect to ink capacity.
Please help; I need this printer to work.
