Upgraded to Parallels 3.0 - several problems

Was running Parallels 2.5 with Vista Business on a MacBook Pro with 4GB memory. When I upgaded to 3.0 then ran the update to Build 5582, I got an error starting windows that it needed a driver for a "PCI Bridge Device". Second I am unable to install parallels tools. There is no wizard that begins. I have already followed the recommendations in the thread at http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=18917, but still no luck.

Help!
