i had upgraded my mac to snowleopard which had me upgrade to parallels 4.0 (i had 3.0). none of my software is on the parallels side, i.e. quickbooks, microsoft office, etc. i was told to fin the original virtual machine, which i found, and was told to add the virtual machine back to the parallels 4.0...only problem is i cannot figure out how to do it. i only use parallels for the quickbooks so i really need that so i can pay my employees tomorrow! does anyone out there know what i am not doing correct? i didnt seem to have any issues installing either snowleopard or parallels 4.0 and just assumed that the upgrade to parallels would just be an upgrade and i wouldnt have to reinstall the software. i did back up to an external hard drive before i installed anything..please help!
