I am currently running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Parallels 6. I want to upgrade both. If I do this, what order do I do this AND if I do this do I lose everything that is currently in my Parallels 6 environment?

No, all windows machines wil stay in place. You need to update PD first - as PD6 will not run on Mountain Lion

    Dear Support

Our problem is little bit different, but similar.
We used Parallels Desktop 3.0 on my Mac Mini with Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard). It was perfect.
After the OS upgrade (10.6 - Snow Leopard), the Parallels Desktop 3.0 did not start.
How can I use it again, or which Parallels Desktop version should I use with Snow Leopard?

If I have to upgrade the Parallels Desktop, how I can save the Virtual Machine (Win XP) data???

I found only that, how I can save the data, if the VM is still working!!! But now is not reachable!!!
Please-please-please HELP how we can keep and use the virtual machine data and applications!

    Thank you!
