Upgrading to 11 causes my files to be inaccessible

    I've submitted a support ticket for this but figured I'd post here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. After upgrading to Parallels Desktop 11 (Pro Edition), running Windows 8.1, my files on my Documents drive are inaccessible. At first glance, I can navigate through them in Windows Explorer, but then when I attempt to load my Visual Studio 2013 solution, then the issues occur. The solution loads fine, but when I double click on any file in any of the projects it says that the file cannot be found. When I go back to Explorer to confirm the files are there, everything is blank and it says there are 0 files in the folder. All the directories are empty. My Documents folder was my working folder but all of my files are completely inaccessible now! Whether I work directly from the Documents folder or a mapped drive, this issue still happens. Anyone else experience the same issue? Does anyone know what the turnaround time is for the support ticket? I am pretty much dead in the water and can't work today as a result and being a consultant that's paid daily, this is not acceptable.
