upgrading to Parallels 5 ... will I have to re-authorize my virtual machine??

I am now running Parallels 4 on my macbook pro with snow leopard and If I upgrade to Parallels 5, will I have to re-authorize my windows xp virtual machine with microsoft, or is that a seamless upgrade without having to deal with the whole reregistering with microsoft thing??

And please, can you tell me if this newest version of Parallels FINALLY supports firewire devices like external hard drives, etc??

I can't seen to get an answer from the mac forums on this. I would appreciate any comments.
