Upgrading to PD4 - Step 3

    Hi,

    the upgrading procedure to PD4 on my Win XP virtual machine it's in step 3 from 2 hours! It's normal? How long does it takes to complete that step?

    No, this is an indicator that something went wrong.

    Please press Ctrl+Option+Cmd+R key combination to see what happens in VM. Ideally, make a screenshot of what you see and post here.

    Ok, I has reboot two times and the upgrading procedure it's finished and work well! Thanks.
