After installing Windows XP Home Edition on the latest build of Parallels Desktop 3.0 (build 4128), I am running in to a problem where on Windows XP the driver for "Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller" is identified as missing in Device Manager.

I have already installed Parallels Tool on Windows XP however this hasn't solved the problem. The driver is still missing, and therefore device like iSight cannot be detected.

Anyone else having the same problem? Any ideas? :(

Are any of your USB devices working? iSight may be a different issue.

With Parallels the Parallels VM running, click Devices/USB to see if your devices are showing up. If it is not grayed out, then you have the Parallels driver for USB.

Do a search on iSight and you will find the procedures to make this work.
