USB Controller / Keyboard Problems - Parallels 10 / Yosemite 10.10.1

Running the latest Parallels on my Macbook Pro 15" Retina (late 2014) with Windows 7 (fully updated). It was working fine, but now the keyboard works intermittently and there is a USB Controller device in Device Manager that shows it's not working because the driver isn't installed. There is also only the Standard PS/2 Keyboard listed under keyboards in Device Manager. I've deleted the devices and scanned for new ones, I've tried to manually install the driver (can't be found), I've reinstalled Parallels Tools, tried repairing Windows and uninstalled / reinstalled Parallels.

 

For some reason i have the same issue for someone at my workplace... but if i log to this person virtual Workstation remotely the keyboard is fine..
I would like to have the input from soomeone on this issue if possible
