    I installed Parallels 11 with the Development version of Windows 10 on my Mac OS X El Capitan. The system has (2) USB 3.0 ports.
    However, NO USB Controllers appear on Windows OS under Device Manager. I have re-applied Parallels Tools, and spent a couple of hours trying to resolve.
    Please advise!
    Thank you.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This however did not work.
    A/ Under Hardware for the guest OS configuration, I do not even have a 'USB' option, so I am unable to check USB 3.0 support.
    B/ The dispatcher.desktop.xml file DID contain the entry:
    <UsbVirtualDisks dyn_lists="">
    ...
    <Usb>0</Usb>
    </UsbVirtualDisks>

    but changing this to '1' had no effect.

    Do you have any other suggestions? It seems to me that this is not an uncommon configuration.

    Thank you for any feedback here.

    After contacting Parallels support by phone, we have arrived at this solution:
    In Mac menu while in VM, Actions -> Configure -> Hardware, at bottom of list on left side, are small '+' and '-' icons.
    Select '+' will bring up a sub-list of hardware AVAILABLE AND NOT ALREADY CONFIGURED.
    This list included 'USB & Bluetooth' as selection.
