I am running Parallels desktop 5 build 9320. In english version. I am trying to use the microsoft trips and streets software with navigation. The software works but the navigation doesn't. The USB port isn't recognizing the device. I used add hardware, downloaded the most recent software from U-blox and still device not recognized. The device shows up with yellow exclamation point and gives error message device can't start (code 10) in the driver properties menu. This device used to work before upgrade to 5. What can I do?
