USB device not recognized in windows 7

Hi,

I am running the demo version of Parallels 5 for my Mac OSX snow leopard. I am booting up from bootcamp to windows 7.

I am trying to run this RC simulator called pheonix simulator. They have this USB cord with a dongle where I would plug one end to the USB and the other end to my transmitter. I see the PheonixRC USB in the preference and click to check it, the menu does pop up to select whether I want to use it in windows or OSX, I select windows but do not see a driver install icon in windows.

I start up pheonix and it tells me to plug in the USB dongle (which I have). I confirmed that my dongle and program works because it works in bootcamp natively and in VMware FUSion.

Please help, thanks. Oh I am running the fusion in windows mode.
