USB device switching

Hi, I use a 3dconnexion 3D controller in both OSX (Maya) and Win7 (Solidworks).

Win7 won't load the 3dxware drivers until I unplug my 3d controller (USB), plug it back in, and select the Win PC in the Parallels device picker window.

Is there a way to access this chooser window and switch the device from OSX to Win7 (and vice versa) without having to unplug the device? Or even better, configure Parallels to do this automatically or simply share the 3d controller liek it does with my mouse and keyboard?
