I have tried everything in the support sections 'Troubleshooting USB devices in Parallels'. I am using Parallels Desktop Bussiness v11 with Windows 10. No USB device works. When I go to the 'Devices' menu, there is no 'External Devices' option: only Sound 1, Network 1, Printer 1, CD/DVD. It doesn't show up in the Windows device manager, but when I look into 'System Information' then the device is present: http://imgur.com/YeDLHix What do I do?
