First off, apologies if this is in the wrong place or a thread already exists, I found a thread about RC2 but I don't know what RC2 refers to. Device: Celestron SkyScout MFR: Celestron OS: Windows XP SP2 Symptom: Same symptoms as the other reported Celestron USB device - initially Windows says Device cannot start (code 10), although a device hardware reset (taking the batteries out) clears this error it still does not work (the Celestron SkyScout update program and the device both hang). Affects: Cannot use the Celestron SkyScout update program to check for updates or update the firmware in the device. Changes : Only just tried today. Works fine under Boot Camp on my MacBook (Parallels is installed on my iMac which runs Tiger).
