Greetings, As a "Technologist" I would like to find some way of determining why an external USB device is not working on the Windows side. We have a Turning Point response clicker that is used in PowerPoint. It has an RF receiver (USB) it has worked and then after some upgrades it does not. It works on the MAC side, it is an External Device shared to the Windows 8.1 but, it does not communicate. I have re-installed Parallels Tools, checked Window drives for the device. The question: Is there any log files to look at or other diagnostic to help determine where the difficulty is located at? Parallels Desktop 10 Windows 8.1 Mac OS X Yosemite
