I have a USB/parallel cable I use to connect my printer to my MacBook Pro. Starting today, when I connect it to Parallels, it crashes my Mac. I get the gray curtain/screen that comes down. This never happened previously. It's an HP LaserJet 8000. It uses a parallel cable. I have a USB/parallel cable I've had for a couple years and it's always worked fine until today with Parallels. I'm on Parallels 3, build 5626. I did submit a report through Help-->Report a Problem. It went out via the Mail program; however, I do not see a report ID number anywhere in the text file it created.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Never Mind

All fixed. The two cables weren't connected securely.

    All better.
