USB to RS232 adapter

    I have a USB to RS232 adapter that I can connect to Windows XP using Parallels Desktop but I have to enable it via Devices > USB > 'USB Serial Controller' each time I start Parallels. Is there any way that it is possible to connect the device automatically on Parallels startup?
