Use of a num pad keyboard

    I just bought a num pad keyboard (20 keys). I can use it correctly on OS X but once, I m on Windows (windows seven), only the signs are recognized, the numbers are not. How can I set it up to be able to use the functions on Windows.

    I am actually using Parallels Desktop 10, and that menu is different from what I can see. No coherence menu. :(

    Hello AnthonyR1,
    Please follow the steps below :
    1. Start Parallels Desktop and start Windows.
    2. Click on || (Two red lines) on top right --> Devices --> Keyboard --> Click on Numlock or Click on Devices --> Keyboard --> Click on Numlock and check with the issue.
