    My setup :
All server are on the same domain

    - Windows 2003 Domain controller
    - Windows 2003 Terminal server 2x Application Server
    - Windows 2000 2x ThinclientServer
    - Thinclient os station

I published an appliction with a user filtering on my 2x App. Server. I added my domain user in the allowed user.
When i log with my ThinClient os station with the same user the application icon show up but i can't open it.
I tried to open it from ApplicationServer Client on a windows xp box and i got the error message :
    Code:
Insufficient rights available to service your request.

    Any help would be nice
    Thanks

    Running into a similar issue

I'm also getting the "Insufficient Rights" error.

    Windows 2003 Domain Controller
    Windows 2003 TS with 2X ApplicationServer 4.3 (199)

From an XP workstation on the LAN with the 2X ApplicationServer 4.3 Client, I can get in with no trouble as a domain user - once I added to the Remote Desktop group on the TS server.

From across the Internet on an XP workstation also using the 2X ApplicationServer 4.3 Client I see the published apps, but when I try to access them I get the "Insufficient Rights" error. This is with the same domain user. When I try the same test with the Domain Admin, I get the same exact result.

There must be some trick that we are missing if a couple of us are getting this error. Anyone care to shed some light?

    Thanks much!

    How I fixed it

Hello: I had the same problem. This is what I did:

In the client, go to Options. On the General tab, remove the Domain entry (leave it blank). Leave everything else the same and it should work. Be sure to refresh.

    Might have a solution too

    alexis101,

I tried avargas's suggestion with no success, but with the help of 2X tech support, we hit on a solution that worked for me.

Under Connection Settings, Publishing Agent tab, the Authentication section, I changed from "All Trusted Domains" to a specified domain. I also unchecked the "Use Client Domain if Specified".

Refreshed the client (well, I actually rebooted the client machine) and I could run my published apps whether or not I specified the domain.

Hope it works, and my thanks to tech support for the assistance.
