We are running the latest version of ApplicationServer & LoadBalancer and love the product, but as of late have been experiencing some issues. We run a hybrid environment of both Citrix and 2X with servers dedicated for Citrix and 2X. Both the Citrix and 2X farms have the same application published for a set of users. The Citrix users have no problem with a published app, but some of my 2X users having problems with the same app. The user can be working and then all of a sudden, the session would freeze, they can move the mouse, but clicking does not get any response. We have deleted their TS user profile, even uninstalled and reinstalled the 2X Client, but still have the same problem. If we switch them to Citrix, they experience NO PROBLEM. I was wondering if any has experienced this or any of the 2X Support team members know of a resolution.
hi this is an unusual issue, if you leave the sessions does it work after a set period of time, or it stays frozen with only the mouse input working? Is this for all users and machines , or certain users/machines?
Yes, it is very unusual. Typically in an office environment, users do not want to wait an see how long it will take before it unfreezes, so we do not know the time frame. It only happens for certain users and we have deleted their user profile from the server and let it be recreated upon log on.
i understand this, but a user should wait to see if the problem rectifier itself or the session disconnects are these users all on the same lan?
