I am running Parallels 3186 with Windows XP Pro SP3 on an iMac w/ OSX 10.4.11. I have a Xerox DocuMate 152. The software is installed within Windows. I am unable to use the scanner within Windows. I choose the DM 152 from the Devices > USB menu, and it says 'USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another application. Close that application or unplug the device and plug it in again. Then try to connect to the device again.' I am not running anything within OSX that would use the scanner. I have rebooted the iMac, and went straight into Parallels, same error. Has anyone got one of these DocuMates to work within Parallels? Thank you!
