    Hi,

I can use same mouse pointer in windows xp when windows xp is in a single window. But in linux ubuntu, I have to click into linux window to use the pointer inside of it. Is there a solution for this. I wanna use it without clicking.

    Thank you.

If you install Parallels Tools this will work. The installer for Parallels Tools is cleverly hidden on your computer after installing Parallels. Not all versions of Tools work with ubuntu. Also, the version of Parallels that WILL work is hidden on the parallels website. I got this to work using Parallels 3.0 build 5604 (http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels-Desktop-5604-Mac-en.dmg) and ubuntu 8.04 (not hidden, on the ubuntu site), on os x 10.5.3. Directions for installing Parallel tools are at http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=15107. The .iso for Parallel tools is vmtools-linux.iso and (after you install 5604) will be at /Library/Parallels/Tools/. With disc utility you can burn a CD of the iso and use that with the above directions.

For now situation is follows, build 5604 contains partial support for Parallels Tools, in build 5608 those tools removed and fixed Parallels Tools will be available in next build
