Using MS Access - works great but I need it to eamilthrough Mac Office not Win Office :-(

Using Parallels on M1 Mac
MS Access runs my life . Works great in parallels but ... I need it to email things through Outlook on the Mac (not Windows). At the moment it only emails through Windows, which is a real pain.

With Office 365 I have to have the full suite installed in Windows, I understand.

Any ideas how I can set up to ignore Windows Outlook?
