Using Parallels Desktop with RealVNC Enterprise (Mouse Pointer Issue)

    Hi Everyone,

    I am trying the trial of RealVNC Enterprise (with encryption, and Mac Password mode) and trying to use it with Parallels Desktop 4. I am having problems with Parallels and RealVNC capturing the mouse pointer within the VM properly on some OSes and OS installs. Is this a known problem with PD4 or is there a workaround for this issue?

    Christopher, please make sure that you have the latest RealVNC version and build. We have reports from our customers that are successfully using this app with Parallels Desktop
