Hi everyone, this is my first post, and I like to know if that could be done.

I have a brand new iMac 2.0, but without the modem, and I like to use a soft for XP on this computer using Parallels. Everything yuns fine, but I need the modem to access a remote equipement.

I don't use modem for internet, I use broadband (cablemodem) with a router in the LAN. The modem will be used for programing an Alarm away from the computer.

It si posible to use the modem on an iBook G4 over the network? Also have an eMac, iBook 700 mhz and iBook 300 mhz (clamshell) that could be used for that.

    All have OS X 10.4.11.

Thanks a lot, and GOOD JOB FOR THE PARALLELS TEAM!! AWESOME PIECE OF SOFTWARE.

    Saludos desde Argentina,

    Pablo
