Using trial version of Parallel 11 and can't create VM for Windows 10

    I am trying to create a VM machines for Windows 10 version, I have the ISO images on both HD and USB however the software can't recognize the .iso file on both my computer and USB.

    When using the auto search feature the software can't find the .iso file on my laptop

    Hello joseV1, Please follow the steps suggested below:
    1. Start Parallels Desktop.
    2. Click Install Windows or another OS from DVD or image file, then click Continue.
    3. Before you Select the installation media on the next screen choose locate manually.
    4. Choose "continue with out a source > click Continue > choose Windows 10 > click Continue.
    5. Before you Specify a name and location to Windows VM choose customize settings before installation & click Continue.
    6. Once the VM configure page opens please follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/8638 to connect an ISO Image to a virtual machine.
    7. In the opened virtual machine configuration dialog switch to Hardware tab > Boot Order > choose DVD as first boot device, close configuration dialog and click Continue to install Windows 10.
