I came across an online store that has packaged Parallels 5 with a Windows 7 Pro Upgrade (http://www.academicsuperstore.com/products/Microsoft/Windows+7/1429733) is it possible to buy only the Windows upgrade and run it on Parallels? The website says this about the upgrade version but I don't quite understand it and cannot find a similar reference anywhere else on the web: For Mac customers the Apple Mac operating system is a qualifying OS and is eligible for the Windows Upgrade. By acquiring the VL Upgrade license under Student Select agreement they may install and run the qualifying OS and Windows 7 at the same time on the licensed device.
