We started a new install on 10.5.6 due to conflict between Paragon NTFS and the 10.5.6 install causing a Panic Screen after user log in. Nothing seemed to work at all, so luckily daily back ups of all data. Wipe the drive, clean install of 10.5.6 and the Mac is running just great. (anyone have another suggestion for an NTFS read/write programe?) Install V3, all looks good. Point to the Boot Camp (separate NTFS drive), set up VM and start V3 with memory setting anything other than the default 516MB and it comes up with an error regarding inability to initialise the memory. Says to set pre-allocate or whatever on the memory tab in preferences and restart. Has no effect at all and refuses to work. Resetting the memory to 516 and she's up and running XP again, though a little slower than previously.
