    Hi,

I'm trying to test the 2X Applicaon Server XG and a Xen Server 5.6 virtual machine. I am trying to publish a single desktop that is works fine with remote desktop but I keep getting the following error from the 2X Monitor:

VDI Agent "MACHINENAME": [E 0C/0000 1009] Failed to parse Xen memory performance counters)

I am using XenCenter 6.0 client on the 2X gateway machine because there are multiple Xen servers of variety of version that we have with 6.x being the newest. I noticed that they have no hidden the memory information on the properties page of the VM now saying it's a paid option.

So I can understand the 2X Monitor not being able to retrieve the counters but would that cause me to receive an error every time I access the published virtual machine?

From the client I am getting the following error: [02/00000005] a specific machine was not found. Please information your system administrator.

When I looked up the error code on the knowledgebase, it said something about not enough memory. I'm thinking that maybe because the counter can't be read, the gateway is disallowing the connection?

On the exact same machine - I have a Hyper-V desktop published and it works with no problem. The XenServer is a different host altogether but all the VMs show up in the publisher and the definitions.

Any help/ideas will help evaluate whether we can use this software or not. Thanks in advance!
