I use Windows Vista with Parallels 4.0 on a mac with Mac OS X 10.6.8. My Parallels internet security subscription ran out some time ago, and of course I found a virus on my machine. I followed the linked reminders that Parallels internet security, chose the appropriate product renewal. I was brought to a thank you page with an activation key, order number, and a link to my invoice. I have received no emails associated with this order, the order number does not seem to exist, and I can not activate renew my subscription with the activation key. Instead I get put into a continuous loop telling me the key is for the wrong product (I did not receive any email or on line link up update product) I tied to look up the order status and the order does not exist. I checked junk mail, it is empty. I just spend an hour of my bosses time trying to make this work. Please help. Julie (Office Manager for Tim)
I figured it out but I never received the conformation email with the link to the updated software. I spent a lot of time searching for an answer, and the link to the correct software. I would not recommend this product to the technologically challenged. ~J
