very particular problem - CPS software... in active question mode

CPS software is from eInstruction and is for managing class responses using a "personal response system."

Running in Parallels build 1862, and running the most current CPS software for PC, I have a problem as follows:

When I create the problem, the seems seems fine. Indeed in most respects it seems fine. BUT.. when you go to active question mode (giving a test question and wanting students to answer) the part of the CPS window that holds this question does not show on the screen.

This is a long shot I know that anyone here has even heard of CPS - but on the off chance...
