i am using the beta version of desktop and just noticed that there is a typing time lag (in winxp). that is, when i type in any program, there is a very noticible lag between pressing the keys and the type appearing on screen. i have tried re-installing, re-installing the tools, etc. but the issue persists. now i wonder if having a wireless keyboard (apple) has anything to do with it. does anyone know of a solution or workaround?
I have this problem in my Macboook Parallels 3188 running win xp. Does anybody have an answer to this problem? CPU - Memory - HDD seems to be ok when this happens. It takes the computer 3 - 4 mins after I finish typing an email, to finish the paragraph.
2gb ram , 80Gb HDD , 14GB free on bootcamp , 15GB free on OSX , running parralles on Bootcamp XP installation.... All other functions of the parallels are very fast except for typing. Also no typing or operating system delays on the mac side.... This thing is driving me crazy.... Forgot to add, parallels are running with half the memory... 10XX MB
defonitely wirlsss or bluetoth are slower judging by other reprots here no problem with Apple or MS usb conected keyboards Hugh W
