Video Configuration is locked/grayed-out

Hi everyone,

Everytime I start up XP in Parallels on my macbook i get an error message about 3D.. not enough video RAM is allocated. When i go to configuration to add more, everything's grayed-out... I cannot add video RAM. I have no idea why I'm not allowed to edit the configuration on my own laptop.. i checked the permissions, the whole application is under my user ID... i am mystified as to why I am unable to control all of the configuration aspects of the virtual OS.
