Video from local disc and streaming on browsers not playing on Mac while Parallels is running

I ran into a problem after updating my MacBook Pro to macOS Monterey with Parallels Desktop Version 15.1.5 (47309).
When running windows 10 on Parallels, I can't run any video from my local disc and video playback not working on any browsers.
But it will solve temporary if I "Reinstall Parallels Tools" when Parallels started.
If is a lucky day, it will be good for the whole day. If not, it will go into problem again after certain timing even just after 10 minutes.
Do anyone facing the same problem?
