Virtual machine full screen mode, menu bar does not display

    macos 13 ，paralles desktop 19.2，The Windows 11 system I installed in the virtual machine does not display the menu bar when I put the mouse on the menu bar of the macos system. I put the mouse on the menu bar and press control+option to display the menu bar. Is it wrong with my settings? It was just like this.
