I'm using build 5582 and want to increase the vm memory(ram), but when i stop the VM to enter the configuration editor, it closes the window, so I can't increase my VM memory when this happens, I have tried setting the settings to suspend but this makes no difference, when you push the stop button it closes the VM window.
    Help please.

    Hello,

did you try to shut down your VM by clicking 'Start' -> 'Shut Down'?
Also please tell me what happens when you start Parallels? Does Your VM start too?

    Best regards,
    Stacey

Please try to start Parallels Desktop while holding 'Apple'-key. Then VM will not start automatically.
Open Configuration Editor of your VM (Edit -> Virtual Machine). There in 'Options'-> 'Booting' tab you can change the preferences for 'Starting VM automatically when it is opened' and 'Exit application on VM shutdown'.
In Configuration Editor you can change memory settings.

    Best regards,
    Stacey
