Running parallels on a new Macbook pro. Installed Windows 7 pro 64 bit. I have used Visio on my PC for a number of years. This is specifically related to the zoom function which is used very often. Here's what is supposed to happen: 1. Hold down both the CTRL and SHIFT keys. The pointer turns into a magnifying glass. 2. Do one of the following: * Click the left mouse button to enlarge the view. * Click the right mouse button to reduce the view. * Click the left mouse button and drag. The resulting magnification depends on the size of the box that you create as you drag ―the smaller the box, the greater the magnification. You can also reposition the screen by holding down the CTRL and SHIFT KEYS and drag with the right mouse button. RESULTS IN MY PARALLELS INSTALL. 1. Hold down both the CTRL and SHIFT keys. The pointer turns into a magnifying glass. YES!! WORKS AS DESIGNED * Click the left mouse button to enlarge the view. REDUCES THE VIEW (INSTEAD OF ENLARGING THE VIEW) (If you also hold down the ALT key, you can then enlarge the view). * Click the right mouse button to reduce the view. REDUCES THE VIEW * Click the left mouse button and drag. The resulting magnification depends on the size of the box that you create as you drag ―the smaller the box, the greater the magnification. FUNCTIONS PROPERLY ONLY IF THE ALT KEY IS PRESSED DOWN ALONG WTH THE CTRL & SHIFT KEYS. It looks like Visio is not seeing any difference between a left and a right click.. I tried this on my USB mouse, the trackpad and a magic mouse without success. Nothing in the mouse config that looks like it would help. Any help is greatly appreciated
