Hi, I'm a newbie so please be kind to me. I run a legitimate version of Windows 7 ultimate using Parallels 5 on my 1-yr old MacPro 8-core. I am trying to load MS Visio but the online activation process fails to accept my (valid) Product key. MS telephone support have had no success and now one of their team has said they will close the call because I am running Windows on a Mac. Any suggestions to sort this would be gratefully received. Thanks.
