Vista and network adapter compatibility

Just started Windows vista which I have run many times in past (Parallels 5 build 9310) on Mac Pro and windows starts saying there is a compatibility problem with my network adapter and windows and has links to sites to download updated adapter software.
It is my understanding that the network adapter as used by parallels is a software emulation.
Parallels and internet connection seem to be working OK.
Should i do anything with this or ignore the message?

There is no need to do anything, just ignore the message. There is no compatibility problem, because Parallels installs own special driver for the card.
